Right with you Kjellybean. I can't always start on Monday and can't always do a video every day but at the end of my week I get it done.

You can also break it down however many times a day that you need to.

You don't have to start on Mondays. Just be sure to do the 5 videos per week. There are a couple of nights where it's impossible for me to squeeze one in so I just double up on the next day.

My official join date is 1/3 but I did not start the challenge until 1/5. Since then I have missed three days of doing Sparkpeople videos. I guess that means I have officially missed 5 days of doing Sparkpeople video exercises. My cardio exercises are on track to meet this goal.
