I am doing the exercises to the best of my ability eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and watching the portiions.
This week has been hard as a few things have happened that would normally halt any progress. One was a trip to A&E with DH as his heart rate would not settle down, so the ambulance was called out and he was taken in just for the night, I stayed with him so a sleepless night for me.
Then two hospital appointments at cardiology that had been booked for months meant early starts for two days running.
But I have managed to do the exercises even if they were not for the amount of time stated.
So I feel pleased with myself for not stopping altogether.
