Well I've been on vacation and couldn't keep up with the videos. It was just too hard with all the activities going on, at a hotel and family etc. But I'm back now and am doing two videos a day to catch up.

I was so happy to get the two weeks worth of consistency, I sure hope I can jump back in where I was and push through for week three and four.

I hope your husband is alright. Sometimes they stay over night just for observation, depending on the issue.

Workouts are good for re-focusing. So the work outs are definitely good for you.

Week 3 is going great .
I am not over doing it, but getting in my 30 minutes of cardio and my sparkpeople workouts each night. I have exercised for 18 straight days and counting.

I've gotten behind on my workouts. but what is nice is that they are short enough that i can do a couple on the same day. so i don't have an excuse to simple not do a video on a different day.

sometimes, it is the exercise that gets methrough times like that! Changing the focus--helping to gain a better perspective!

That's is wonderful that you have made choices towards a healthier you. Life always gets in the way, we can't get away from it. But what it comes down to is the choices we make! Good luck with your DH, I hope everything comes out well for him.

I am doing the exercises to the best of my ability eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and watching the portiions.
This week has been hard as a few things have happened that would normally halt any progress. One was a trip to A&E with DH as his heart rate would not settle down, so the ambulance was called out and he was taken in just for the night, I stayed with him so a sleepless night for me.
Then two hospital appointments at cardiology that had been booked for months meant early starts for two days running.
But I have managed to do the exercises even if they were not for the amount of time stated.
So I feel pleased with myself for not stopping altogether.
