Well I've been on vacation and couldn't keep up with the videos. It was just too hard with all the activities going on, at a hotel and family etc. But I'm back now and am doing two videos a day to catch up.
I was so happy to get the two weeks worth of consistency, I sure hope I can jump back in where I was and push through for week three and four.
That's is wonderful that you have made choices towards a healthier you. Life always gets in the way, we can't get away from it. But what it comes down to is the choices we make! Good luck with your DH, I hope everything comes out well for him.
I am doing the exercises to the best of my ability eating plenty of fruit and vegetables and watching the portiions. This week has been hard as a few things have happened that would normally halt any progress. One was a trip to A&E with DH as his heart rate would not settle down, so the ambulance was called out and he was taken in just for the night, I stayed with him so a sleepless night for me. Then two hospital appointments at cardiology that had been booked for months meant early starts for two days running. But I have managed to do the exercises even if they were not for the amount of time stated. So I feel pleased with myself for not stopping altogether.
