have not been doing that much cardio this week. but i did get caught up on my bootcamp workouts and did a pretty good job at eating leftovers and not giving in to fast food.

Don't forget to be awesome.

The weather got more ... annoying ... this week, so outside walks and jogs aren't likely.

For the extra cardio I'm tempted to do extra of one of the short cardio videos ... more intense than jogging, and they do get my heart going.

I agree that this week is going to be tough. I would also like to get my normal 3 mile runs up to 4 miles this week. What a great way to add some intensity!

Week three is definately a challenge. I decided to up my cardio this week by adding an extra mile to my jogs. I usually run 3 miles so this week I will run 4 miles on each outing. Yesterday was my first run of the week and I got the 4 miles in. I will also switch up my cardio DVDs to doing the higher intensity levels this week as well.
