I have almost completed the days exercises. Feeling under the weather today, taking my time in between working. I have done one toning video and one seated core abs video. Feeling the burn in my arms and abs.

Finished my week 2 yesterday and started week 3 today. It was good, but i am still having more pain in my legs. I did butt blasting and bollywood dance (Tanya suggested) as a bonus video. It was good. Last week went well for me. I am hoping this week will also go fine. I dont know how long will be this journey, but i must lose my weight. i must be consistently doing exercises, but still now i am not tracking my food.
