I really like the first challenge I did, the 28 day boot camp, but I got little results.
This New February boot camp I am finding more challenging and am still trying to feel more coordinated with a couple of these.
But I am sure feeling it and am enjoying this set very much.
I have added a couple new work outs here and there, stepping it up a bit.
Now gardening season is just about upon us and I am so looking forward to all that it brings.
I am in need of canning many things this year and am to have new garden boxes I hope soon to help with all I am looking forward to doing.
I am not going to measure or weigh myself till the end of this challenge, and still am not sure I will do so then or wait till I get another 4 weeks under my belt.
But it's all about getting in better health,
the shape will come in time, speaking of my curves.
But we keep going don't we!
Because we are feeling better,
we fit into things better,
we are happier, healthier
and we have more energy!!
