I teach the math courses for nurses. It is so demanding. I also have studies to complete for my Ph.D. I find that if I do it in the morning on late days that would be great but it I am pressed for time I use a mini-trampoline for jogging to the TV or I literally walk in place or around the house just to get something in. just a suggestion but can you find a place where you can do some exercise and study at the same time. I went to the gym at school and put on noise canceling headphones and was able to do my reading while I rode the stationary bike. Maybe you can find something similar to do. I am sure you can figure it out !

I am pretty concerned about how I am going to handle it when I face that same challenge. Fortunately I am still on track but I do feel like suggesting that you try to just work towards 10 Minutes. Set that as a goal to fit in consistently and hopefully the next 10 minutes will fit in somewhere else in your schedule. Just 10 minutes at a time. You can do it and you can have great continued success in your journey to health AND your classes. What a marvelous victory your are going to have!!! WOOHOO - it's gonna be awesome.

I was doing so good for 17 straight days and then class started and I have fell off the wagon yet again :( I have still been watching what I eat and choosing tea over soda but have only worked out once since last Tuesday
I am now trying to get back up and start with week 3 tomorrow. I have to figure out a way to get my workout in along with school and study time...In nursing school they teach you to have better time management and organization but this is such a struggle for me!!
