Just doesn't seem to me that we have been doing this for 3 weeks now and heading into the last week of the challenge. I'm planning on doing a repeat of the Diabetes 8 week Challenge next unless when i see the doc she tells me that all this physical activity has been do much for the diabetes is raising its ulgy side once again with sugars going higher and higher after each work out ! I will see her in Feb. so I plan on doing this last week! I have not gone over the 250 mark she set back in Dec. for the Challenge in Jan.

I FINISHED week 3! I am so happy how I have been keeping up with the challenges this time. I have been getting at least 30 min cardio and 2 strength videos in EACH day!
