I'm just starting Week 3 (due to hiccups when I should have been working on Week 2).
I need to do things thoroughly this week, because it's also the last week fo the Winter 5% Challenge.
And so far, this Winter Challenge, I've lost 3 lbs, which is at least 1 lb more than I usually manage. I would love to go out on personal high, so this week I really want to do the videos, at least once each day, and to keep up my cardio daily.
I should also be able to be more in control of my food this week, as DH is away, potentially for the whole week. So I could have more control over my food, as also my exercise.
I'd love to be able to do it.
