I'm just starting Week 3 (due to hiccups when I should have been working on Week 2). I need to do things thoroughly this week, because it's also the last week fo the Winter 5% Challenge. And so far, this Winter Challenge, I've lost 3 lbs, which is at least 1 lb more than I usually manage. I would love to go out on personal high, so this week I really want to do the videos, at least once each day, and to keep up my cardio daily. I should also be able to be more in control of my food this week, as DH is away, potentially for the whole week. So I could have more control over my food, as also my exercise.
I'd love to be able to do it. Any and all support will be appreciated NO not that kind of help!

Woo hoo! I got week three down, and with no computer for the week too! It was irritating to try to do everything from my smart phone, but it is possible! I am seeing results too! I'm still taking it one step at a time, but I'm feeling great and still motivated!
