Wow we are going into the homestretch, team!!! Today I did the abs video what a killer!! really love some of these vids and will continue to use them after the challenge is over. I did the 6 minute butt workout for my extra vid this week, and today for my extra cardio I stacked and hauled wood!! woo hoo, Here's to week 4!!
