It feels like it's been more like four weeks. Regardless, I've lost five pounds and am much more aware of the amount of water I should be drinking and of portion sizes.

Great job, I will finish tomorrow.
I have had a great three weeks.
I have tracked all foods, drank 8 glasses of water everyday and stayed within my 1500 calories per day.

Just finished week 3 and all is well even tho today I had to push myself to do the vidio and get to the gym for pool exercises, as I'm not feeling up to par---but persevered. Looking forward to week 4

Done with week 3. Glad that I am keeping up with this challenge. Keeping track of the food is the hardest part for me. I am really enjoying the exercise and realize that I can do this. This is going to be the year that I start to discover the thinner more fit me inside of this overgrown body. Working toward intermediate goals is going to be the key to my success I believe. Down a total of 7.6 pounds so far since the beginning of the year, long way to go but taking it in small steps will make it possible to achieve the final goal.

I have finished wk 3 looking forward to losin' more. I have 3lbs to go to hit 175 but not goin to stop there. I want to hit the 150 mark by the 2nd wk n June. It can b done. emoticon . So working towards that goal as well.

Glad to be finished with week 3. Its hard to push myself to go faster and harder, but its easier knowing that its only a small part of my day. I can't believe we're almost done with this month. Craziness!

Ok..finished week 3. I'm really enjoying this! Still trying to keep up with the videos, but doing more each time they come around. :D

I am doing this. The pounds are not melting off, but I do feel stronger. Been a busy month, work is hectic, my second job has been busier, plus I started back at school as well as joined a gym. Yes, the gym is not as high a priority, as long as I find other ways of fitting in a workout. I glanced at a reflection myself in a shop window yesterday as I was shopping with my sisters, and I could see a difference. It (and I am) is sooooo worth it!

Week 3 down ~ weight down 8# !!!! I'm ferling really good and loving how the exercise is making me feel. Discovered that I can drink 8 glasses of water per day and I'm getting more veggies and fruit thannI thought. Going on vacation this 4th week of the challenge - exercise shouldn't be a problem (walking San Antonio), but concerned with eating out a lot :(. I need to focus on good, healthy choices.

Made it through wwek 3. Still hanging in there. Slipped a little, but I'm back for the kill for week 4. I'm down about 2 lbs. Off to a slow start, but getting into better habits slowly. Trudge on everyone!

I am almost done. I did not lose any weight. I did in the first week and then I actually gained 5 lbs. I also had a few times that we went out for a late Chrsitmas and two birthdays.

I do think that I can lose the 5 lbs.

I am done...i MADE it! Im done with my 4 week Challenge!! My goal was lose 2 lbs per week, but im down 4.5lbs. It's a good start for the New Year! I just bought my 28 Day Bootcamp by Coach Nicole so that'll be my perfect start in February. Keep working guys, keep up the hard work!!. Go Team

I bombed out the last couple of days....Oh, I did a workout but didn't follow a video here. By the time I settled in to check those out I was too tired to participate! And confession time here, I'm actually a trainer and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. So why am I here? Because I devote all my time in training my clients and don't do enough for myself. I'm semi-retired (going on 63) and find that what I did to maintain my strength and energy is no longer enough for me. And besides that, I like this "atmosphere".

It's been a great week for me! I admit, I fudged a little bit today-I did the ab workout last night in addition to the other video, and then did a 5k today! Ready for week 4!

I have also finished week 3. I have walked 5 days this week and done 10 minutes on the bike for 3 days. Also have finished the videos everyday.

Looking forward to next week.

Want to be more consistent in tracking my food and eating more freggies.

finished up this week with more energy than ever, did my video, extra video of cardio kickboxing for 30 minutes, treadmill for 110 minutes, walk/run 6 miles for a 180 minutes
