Week three was challenging for me too. We're on vacation and although I exercised every day, I didn't do the videos. I did go to the exercise room every day though. I rode the bike and used the treadmill but I need to get serious about upper body. Will try to do better in week four. Three weeks behind me; Yay!

TRELLISON You might be gaining muscle--it will show up on the scale BUT it burns more calories than fat. SO keep your chin up! Go by how your clothes fit & your body looks to you.

I did workouts twice this week so far. I plan to do a Zumba class this afternoon. I find that my knees are getting so much stronger. I must keep this up.

Wow...this challenge is flying by...but i think this week was my hardest.

I worked out WAY too hard yesterday. Tried a bootcamp class that kicked my butt! I was so sore when I got home and today. I came home and slept from 4:30-9:30...wow.

I know I am making process and working out everyday is a great habit, BUT i am pretty sure i didn't lose any weight this week and I gained a pound last week.

I guess i need to decrease calories further?? I feel I am in line with my daily calories. Any suggestions????
