I loved it too and joined another challenge. I'm not diabetic, thanks be, but joined the Diabetic Challenge Team because of the 8 week commitment. Still on a roll with the videos! Those things have made a BIG difference in my body!

Like the others have said, the 28 Day Challenge. All you have to do is look on the Challenge Central link for other challenges. The 28 day one is just like the January one, except with different daily videos.

I have loved the January Challenge so much! It was the perfect thing to get started and just get yourself in the habit of working out. It wasnt too overwhelming but you knew you did something. I have loved the structure.... Im kind of lost on what to do when its over... Any ideas on similar challenges. I dont want something so difficult that i quit. i know myself Ill go strong and then burn out and quit for months and got through the cycle again. I would like something at this pace where someone tells you what to do every day. That are exercises I can do with dumbbells because I dont have a lot of equipment.
