It is amazing what a difference a week can make. We start out in week 1 feeling like we will never accomplish our goals in the challenge and then by week 3 we have mastered the video that was challenging us. Keep up the hard workouts we have 1 week to go
I did my exercise today. However it was not one of those high energy workouts. I just did my 30min. walking video with Leslie Sansone and my 10 min. hip and glutes video with Nicole. I will try to up my activities tomorrow but until then I am just happy I got my 30mins. in. Praise the Lord!
