I'm actually feeling back to 'normal' today. So glad I posted about it. I think its a matter of kicking up the intensity of everything I've been doing but keeping my caloric intake the same that caused my feelings of being starved.
I'm doing better. I just added an extra snack (fruit) to my day. So simple really! Crazy.

I use fruits and veggies myself but if i have calories that I have not used yet(Ha Ha) I have some protein. I find this especially helpful and it keeps me from burning muscle instead of fat. My favorite things are hummus or almond butter. I hope this hunger phase gets better for you
I've been feeling more hungry since I started this challenge. Difficult to keep my calorie intake down when I'm hungry! I eat lots of vegetables and fruits, so it's not that. I haven't lost any weight at all during this challenge, but I have lost inches. I'm just going to go with it for now, my main goal now is to finish all the exercise for the challenge.

Cathy.... No, to present I have not been feeling that way and this is week 3 for me. Perhaps it is some thing either you are or are not eating or snacking on. Everyone does react definitely when trying to drop that weight. Do some changing as you suggested and see want happens.

I'm not sure if its all the extra strength training/videos I've been doing or what but it was like the moment I woke up this morning my stomach has felt empty all day. Until now. I made a pasta dish for dinner so maybe I just needed something substantial to make me feel full? I don't know.
Anyone else have days like this?
