If you are sick then rest and get better. It may make you stay sick longer if you try to over due it before your body is ready. I hope this only lasts a few days. The purpose of the challenge is to keep you focused on activity. Best wishes on getting well

I'm in the same boat as you! I'm still not all better, either, but I'm back to exercising any way. I'm trying to do Week 2 & 3 at the same time, because I couldn't do any videos last week.

Hi - I was on such a great roll, and then got sick and haven't been able to exercise. I'm starting to bounce back, but I'm bummed I broke a few of my streaks...hopefully I'll be well enough tomorrow to jump back on the exercise. Looking forward to keeping going strong...
