So!

Started of the week fairly rough, I weighed myself a day late, realized I was retaining water due to my "friend" being over, so, I just assumed there was no weight loss for this week either and decided I'll weigh myself on the weigh day of week 4....wow, has it really already been 3 weeks? Crap, time is going by so fast.

I am starting school next week so I may not be as active on the boards and whatever as I have been, which hasn't been too active anyway, butttt, yeah. Feeling a little anxious.

As always, I hope you all are having a great week!!

P.s. the title is in reference to a little self talk I had during dinner, was attempting to fry in a non oily way, some breaded chicken breasts my mom had bought me for dinner, I managed to burn both, the breading at least, because even though it was cajun style on the outside, the chicken was still very raw inside.
