I was away this week just gone. Did plenty of cardio (walks) but unable to do daily videos due to no wifi. Catch up day tomorrow I think! It's gonna be a big-un'

I'm traveling next week for work (flying and presenting each and every day)... and I am determined to still get in my videos (thank goodness for wifi in hotels!) - and my cardio too.
I always pack my running gear - and typically use the hotel fitness rooms (due to not knowing the safety of running in the areas I visit).
Looking forward to seeing how you do this week - and any suggestions you might have that I can use next week!

Yes you should be able to find 10 minutes in your day. I also suggest if you have time take a walk at lunch or on breaks in work.
Or you can try in the morning - if you can do it, just get up 15mns earlier.

last night was too tired for a video - will do so tonite. Going to be a tough week but I can make time for 10 minutes right??
