Very well this week. I did alot more bootcamp videos because the weather was bad
;plus I did my water aerobics & gym machines

all week I've done extra videos and 20 extra minutes cardio videos and an extra 2 mile walk/run and extra 40 minute treadmill

I'm right on track

Today I got alot of exercise in. I went to the gym this AM. Did 30 min on treadmill & 60 min on strength machines. Then did a 60 min class on mind exercises.
The weather is bad ( LOTS of snow) so i stayed in. I was bored so I did several bootcamp videos.

Monday I added 10 min. to my walk, Tuesday I added 30 min to my water cardio workout, and Thusday, I 20 minutes to my stationary bike ride! I'm heading to the pool again tomorrow! Woo-hoo!

I have already been doing around 30 min of cardio in addition to 1-2 strength videos in each day throughout the entire challenge.

This week I want to really amp up the intensity. Instead of doing step aerobics and kickboxing, I am going to do the cardio jumpstart. Those are a little harder for me but I think I am ready!!!!
