I also have a desk job and I have to get up and walk around several times. Sometimes I even do wall push-ups/wall squats in our bathroom for a break. We have to squeeze in the exercises when we can!!

Congratulations, every little bit helps.
I already had an urge when I woke up on day one of Week 3 to do a little more work.
I opened the Week 3 plan and it actually GAVE me permission to do MORE cardio.
Today I finished my lunch and felt like I wasn't ready to sit back down at my desk so I took a five minute walk around my office. So that is ANOTHER 5 minutes of cardio ON TOP of the EXTRA 60 minutes of cardio I planned in to this week.
