I just have to say, I am LOVING this challenge! It has really helped me to stay on track with strength training this month. That is an area that I have really struggled with in the past. And I am definitely noticing a difference in my body. I'm really starting to see the muscles in my arms and shoulders. Yes! It is so gratifying to see these results.
I accidentally found the best way to bump up my cardio today. My timer stopped working correctly, but I didn't realize it. So 20 minutes passed, and it only said 10. That's when I finally realized that it wasn't working right. Good thing I had looked at the clock before I started! I kept thinking that the time seemed to be dragging more than normal. Haha! I ended up doing 10 more minutes of my regular cardio. I also shoveled snow this morning for about 20 minutes. And I killed it on Coach Nicole's 8-minute athletic intervals today. I have done it the last two weeks as well, but today is the first day that I did it full out the whole 8 minutes. It is hard for me...and I love it!
