I finally lost 2lbs this week, but the scale hadn't moved for a few weeks prior. I bought the cook book at the beginning of last week and have made a couple of the recipes with yummy results! I would definitely suggest it if your current meals are getting old. Keep up all of your hard work!!

Goal 1- Lose 25 lbs by April (200 lbs) DONE 4/22/2012
Goal 2- 185 lbs by September 1, 2013
Reach Goal Weight by April 2014!!

No movement on the scale last week. Hmmm, a bit of a let down. But, I'm determined to make my goal. I'm considering buying the Spark People Cook book for a new revamp to my menu. Feeling good!
