Sounds like you have a great start to week 3. My week 3 started a little slow since I just got back from Iowa at my Dad's 80th birthday celebration.

Plan to kick it up for rest of the week.

So, I really stepped it up today. I did the day 7 15 min core video plus the 10 min. boot camp kick box cardio video and then I did a more challenging 30 min workout program on the treadmill at 10% incline. Man my legs hurt, but it's a good hurt!! Great way to start the week!
