That's awesome! Keep it up! I have been doing intervals on my elliptical and I feel like it really kicks my butt! Love it!

I cannot believe I was actually jogging!! I never thought I could actually jog that mych! I did 3.6 speed walk for 2 min on treadmill then 4.3 jogg or sprint for 2 min and vice versa for 25 min! I surprised myself. Thanks to this challenge! :-)
