I see that I am not the only one having trouble getting the goals and the emails. I had no idea that the goals for week two changed until after the week ended. For some strange reason I have not been receiving the goals in my spark mail. to clarify, this weeks goals are the same just add in some intensity. What is the goal that focuses on fruits and veggies???? Help! I feel lost with this challenge.......I don't know if it because I started three days late or if communication is off. Thanks for all the support.

this week I will become more motivated to eat at the table and not in front of the television. I will be more aggressive in my exercise. My weight goal is to lose 3 pounds.

Thanks! I didn't get this week's email, either (not sure why).

January Jumpstart Challenge - Week 3 of 4

Amp Up Your Intensity to Amplify Your Results

You are halfway through your challenge! Are you feeling motivated and starting to see the results of your hard work? If so, great! If not, don't worry: Sometimes it takes a while for your body to adjust to a new routine. Stick with it and you will see the results you are looking for! This week, you'll continue with your 10-minute toning videos and 5 weekly cardio sessions. Do your best to continue tracking your food, too, and tackle this week's new challenges, which are designed to help you get even better results!

Week 3 Action Plan

- Follow your 7-day Jumpstart plan. Do one 10-minute toning video each day and pick five days for cardio to help burn calories and blast fat.
- Amp up your cardio. Can you add another 10 minutes to some of your cardio workouts this week? How about increasing the intensity with some intervals, hills or sprints? This week's challenge is to take your cardio to the next level by increasing your time, duration or even adding an extra session to your week. Because cardio blasts fat, this step will help you uncover those newly toned muscles.
- Eat your fruits and veggies. Fruits and vegetables are nutritious, filling and low in calories. They also contain lots of vitamins and antioxidants that will help you recover from your workouts. Make a special point to consume at least 5 servings a day--more if you can! Use these tips to reach that goal.
- Plan ahead for next month. January Jumpstart is almost over, but that doesn't mean your workouts have to fall by the wayside. Pick up a copy of Coach Nicole's newest workout DVD "28 Day Boot Camp" to take your workouts to the next level after you finish up this challenge. Learn more about the DVD and get a $3 Target coupon right here.

On week two we had more challenges than week one. Have the goals changed for week 3?

Help...want to stay on track!

Oh...and thank you for those that cleared up what "freebies" are! (Fruits & Veggies)
