1-19-12 -- Muscles were very sore from yesterday's videos so I figured they needed a day to rest. I only did 20 minutes of aerobics. However, I was shopping, running errands and house cleaning so I did still get over 6,000 steps on my pedometer. Freggies: 1 pickles, 2 broccoli, 1 portabella mushrooms, 1 onions = 5 servings.
1-18-12 -- Had a good day today... Got Day 2 video done and managed to go lower on the squats and lunges than previously. Also completed the Day 3 video, but instead of 3 lbs. dumb bells, I upped it to 10 lbs and I think that was perfect for me. I was able to complete all reps without breaking form and really felt like I was doing something with my muscles. I also was able to complete a few tricep dips for the first time and did better on my modified push ups. ALSO I did the day 3 video without any difficulty AND I did 26 minutes of Leslie Sansone walking with intervals to increase the pace and intensity. Freggies: 1 pickle, 4 servings of mixed vegetables from homemade stew. = 5 servings
1-16-12 -- 30 minutes Walk Away the Pounds cardio with resistance bands to add more calorie burn, challenge and toning. Freggies: 2 cabbage, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 banana, 1 mixed fruit cup = 6 servings
1-17-12 -- 45 minutes walking & jogging at park with friends. Kicked my butt! I haven't ever run that much before in my life! Freggies: 1 mushrooms, 1 onion, 1.5 asparagus, 1.5 potatoes, 1 blueberries = 6 servings
I did not do my toning videos these days because I was just exhausted from boosting my cardio workouts. So today, which is 1-18-12 I am doing Day 2, 3 & 4 videos and will do a short cardio session to get all caught up.
