Did 45mins of Cardio on Sun & Tues (an additional 45mins from the normal 30) and I did 30 on Monday. Today I am planning on doing some Wii Dancing so I'll get in about 30-35. Almost ready to move on to week 4!

Thanks for the encouragement CLWALDRO! I'm pleased to announce that I finished all my required minutes of exercise. Today I did a 9 min. cardio dance workout, a 26 min. kickboxing, hip and bun workout plus the 9 min. video. I feel great! Only God could have given me that extra dose of strength. Oh how I praise Him for not only blessing me but working through and on me. Amen!
Today I did the butt toning video. really loving this one, I can totally feel it and by the end of the 6 minutes I am pooped. Going to continue with my regular cardio of 30DS but I am going to tack on an extra 10 minutes onto my daily hooping session. Will be kicking up my veggie intake as well.. GO TEAM, here's to week 3 full of success!!
