My goals this week:
SP January Jumpstart video each day.

Monday, Wednesday 28 day bootcamp cardio workout 12 minutes and 10 min of warm up and cool down. Also, walk in the afternoons those days. emoticon

Tuesday, Thursday, Body Groove Dance DVD 30 min cardio workout emoticon

Saturday: Cardio of choice

Also, another thing I want to do this week is take my daughter bike riding after school at least once this week. emoticon

With God all things are possible

Great thread!

I will add an additional 15 minutes of cardio to Sunday and Saturday and an additional 6 minutes of cardio to Monday through Friday to equal an additional 60 minutes of cardio this week on top of the 30 that I've already been doing.

I have already been fine on my freggies, so I get a bit of a reprieve this week with the goals... lol.

I'm going to try to plan my weekly workouts better this week and focus more on my water, fruits & veggies intake. Keeping focused and trying to reach my goals daily!

I am doing a 5K Training program three days a week too! I walk on my off days and use Jillian Michaels DVDs.

I am going to continue to do my ease into 5k runs 3 times a week which is usually 30 minutes of cardio, but on my off days I am going to aim for 1 hour of different cardio or interval training.

I will make sure I have fruit with my breakfast and incorporate vegetables with my lunch dinner and snacks to get in my 5 servings.
