01/16 - 30 min Crunch Boot Camp DVD and 2 mile run
01/17 - 30 min of 10 min solution Kick Boxing DVD
01/18 - 6 mile run (1 hour)
01/19 - 50 min pilates
01/20 - 30 min Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels
01/21 - 30 min Ripped in 30. And 3.5 mile run.

** I haven't been doing the 10 min videos because the 2 exercise DVDs are full body workouts with weights and I am still very sore!!
