Hey I am a day short from completing week 3, working my way into week 4, Woohoo! I am so proud of myself. I finished to day off with a 38 min. upper body workout, early morning 9 min. video with Nicole, a 4 min. brain gym exercise with students at school and a 5 min, Dance Express video. I had a great day! Now all I need to do is my video workout tomorrow and week 3 is history. Please pray for me

Great job!! It really is such a good feeling. Wish I could can it and save it for those days when I'm not feeling it so much.

I love this challenge too! It has been such a great boost to my workouts.

I lost 2 more pounds to bring me to a total loss of 40lbs!!! About a year ago I boxed all the scrubs that no longer fit and put them in the basement. I got them out yesterday and the Larges Fit!! So Excited!! This challenge has helped me to get through my plateu!! Yay!!

Goal 1- Under 210lbs by April 2014
Goal 2- Under 190lbs by June 2014
Goal 3- Under 180lbs by September 2014
Goal 4- Under 170lbs by January 2015
