And as usual the weekends we have the girls my workout suffers. On the upnote my food plan did not suffer too badly. Had a small bagel sandwich with a thin bagel and a nice half salad for lunch. Made dinner at home, nothing special but I am going to call it a win. I have only two weeks left stateside, so life is about to get interesting.

Struggling to find time and my stress level has skyrocketed. Between packing and running around to get stuff done before my departure my head is reeling. I also have a ton to read and assignments that need to be done. I have no idea how I will get it all done and still get my workouts in, but I will try!

YES! This week's OK! Instead of hyping up the cardio. I'm doing some extra back exercises. Did 30 mins Jessica Smith walking workouts today and yesterday, which are challenge enough after 3 weeks of doing sweet nothing. Plus the Jumpstart videos. They start getting challenging tomorrow... Had stopped tracking my food, so it's been good to start again.

My exercise this past week has been shoveling snow. My new mantra when I shovel is "Work those abs! Work those abs!..." Expecting 2 more storms in the coming weeks - moving South is becoming more appealing :-)

This week I basically set myself up for this final week so I can start the workout I want to do. This is phase 1. Phase 1 is basically following the plan set up for me by the personal trainer at the gym. Once phase 1 is intact, I will move on to phase 2. Phase 2 will be finding a way to get a little exercise in the morning. I'm thinking it could be either 15 minutes of decluttering or just a short burst of aerobics to wake me up, or maybe eventually...both!

I have finished WK 3. For some reason I never got the emails so working around that. Feeling really good about my accomplishments even when working 60 hrs a week. There is a weight loss but not going to share that. Seems to jinx me when I do. I am feeling more fit then ever and feeling good about my accomplishments.Hope everyone is doing well!

I did my CardioBlast DVD at work. I did the Walk it out, the kickboxing and bootcamp. Planned on doing the videos on here but spent half an hour shoveling my driveway. Did manage some heavy cleaning and got a 25 min. walk in. By Sat. I will have 60 hrs in at work as well. Ate my fruits and vegys. and cleaned up the house as well. Has anyone received wk 4. I never got signed in early enough so lost out on receiving the emails. Keep up the good work all.

Week 3; day 16 for me!
Loved the lower body Video, today! Did before my walk with our dog. Zumba DVD this afternoon. I've added more minutes to our walks! Made a cd of favorite workout songs & it is almost an hour long. FUN! Can't help but dance, too! Feeling pretty good! Glad the videos aren't very long, I already exercise for about 140 minutes, minimum a day! Sometimes 200+ minutes. That's enough for me!

NEVER a problem of too many veggies or fruits for me. I just eat too much, period! emoticon
Today is a fabulous day to catch up on working in the office AND being grateful to Dr. Martin for helping bring peace to the planet!!!!!

Week 3 Day 2 complete. Yesterday I did cardio for an extra workout this week. I did 10 minutes of cardio the first week. 15 minutes of cardio the 2nd week and now I am doing 20 minutes cardio. I am feeling good.

I always eat a lot of vegetables and fruit so no worries there. After this challenge I am going to do Jillian's 30 day shred on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Wednesday I will do 30 minutes on the elliptical. I have never made it to the Third level of Jillian.

Week 3 day day #15
I did the video AFTER my walk run with our dog. I was warmed up & ready for it!
I have never received a email... I'm just following in the team page! Hope I still get my reward at end of this! Fun videos! Thanks!

Today is our nieces B'day... She is like a daughter to me, we never had children! In her honor I made a healthy chicken veggie soup & green drink for this upcoming week. Health is our ONLY wealth!!!! Happy Sunday!

Week 3 - Two weeks and I'm feeling better and better. I'm on the right track.
goals:
Food- Moving toward Paleo
A. eat under 50 g of carbs
B. Big breakfast, large lunch, light dinner, fruit at night

Exercise-
A. Walk like a Vagabond
B. Cardio Videos
C. When jawbone vibrates do squats for my new knees

Sleep-
A; Morning light/morning walk
B. Lunch time light/lunch time walk
C. Nighttime walk in the dark
D. Fruit and Melatonin 2 hours before sleeptime

Spirit -
A. am,/pm devotional
B.Prayer before meals (does anyone remember the Prayer diet? I want to start connecting food with Grace and divorce food from problems)

Week 3 Day 4. Need to do cardio today and hopefully an extra video. Have had 18 mo. old Granddaughter all week. It has been tough but tracked every day.

Today is last day of my 4-weeks of houseguests; the last day of Week 3 - which I've stuck with religiously; and the first day this week that I've stayed on track! YaY!

Not looking forward to the absence of our house guest; looking forward to eating lots less food, and getting rid of this dad blame cold in my nose!

Week 3 Day 2 and 3 are done. Although, maybe doing the arm workout after just having a tetanus shot wasn't the best thing to do. LOL oh well, it got done. Now I just have to finish my cardio!

Oh my goodness. I can't believe I actually made it through week #3 during Thanksgiving week! I even hit my goal for steps, thanks to long walks in the woods with my dog. Doing this challenge during a holiday wasn't great planning, but I'm even more proud of myself for achieving the goals than I think I would have been otherwise!

That's awesome, JANROLG - Jillian is no joke!

I'm doing the bare minimum (why did I do this during the holidays again? ha), but I'm doing it, which is a vast improvement over what I had been doing (very little). I'm traveling for the holidays, so I packed healthy snacks for the road and made sure I have clothes/shoes packed to take walks. I'm determined to stay on track as well as I possibly can!

I'm already wondering what next? I did the challenge in Jan, unchecked my boxes and am doing it again. I have 9 days to go. So--I joined the Spring into Shape Challenge to do next. I've been consistent with exercise, but less so this month with sticking to cal range. To reach my goal, that's got to be consistent too. I'm in there for the long haul this time, am not going to let stress derail me.
