I try to come up with a plan that does both for me, lets me eat some of the good stuff, but not too much. Most of the time it works, but there are those times. I have learned here on SP, not to beat myself up, but just keep going.

I hate holiday weight gain and yet I look forward to family,friends,football and dinner parties! I have to be careful too though,I have 5 pounds I would like off but I love muscle building.I was a lot lighter once with a higher body fat percentage.I do not like looking bulky but yoga fit,very toned!
