I am not sure how many times I said Im starting over, probably for a couple of years Well, Im back again My plan actually begins tomorrow but for today I am starting by eating no flour and no sugar, (No obvious flour and sugar that is) I plan on doing 2 excersizes a day, one in the morning before I go to work and one after I come home, (any time before I go to bed for the night) I dont even care if they are 5 min excersizes or an hour walk, I just want to get in the habit of being accountable As I actually begin tomorrow, I will be measuring and portioning my meals, and attempting to drink more water, and it all will be done One Day at a Time,
I won't miss the sunset, because Im afraid of the dark.
