Had a slight stumbling block (feeling ill) for 2 days, but today I did day 6 & 7 of week 2, Whew! Now on to week 3 day 1 plus treadmill, I am keeping at it even though I have not dropped even 1lb., according to my doctor it's due to my chronic illnesses, my age and hypothyroidism. Sometimes I just want to say "what's the use" and quit, but then I think, I may not be losing weight but I'm keeping my heart healthy. So onward we go........
