That is so wonderful! I happen to love Pilates myself. I do both Yoga and Pilates during the week, and Pilates seems somewhat easier for me.

I'm just finished week #1 and am starting week #2 tomorrow!

My daughter thinks I'm nuts because I like to do the palates thigh workout.
I do have some trouble with my hips hurting a little but I can do this video.
So did it twice today (not right together) and also did chair cardio
