Sometimes life gets in the way of what you want. But you still have to make the best of it.
With an extracted tooth I imagine eating healthy is a challenge unless you are making smoothies and drinking them. (I think soft foods like jello and icecream which aren't the best choices).
I also imagine workout out stresses....so try just strength training for the legs.... it shouldn't jar your mouth at all.
That way you might not be doing exactly what you need for the challenge but at least you haven't given up.
