I had a scale like yours once
- went and got another one-
did no good.
You have to remember your success is not on your scale but how well you feel and if you are doing all that you can WHEN you can that is the trick . I have weighed the same for 7 years. I spent 7 months out of the gym and working out due to an injury lost weight go figure. I went to the gym gained weight yup
it happens. I went to the doctors had my blood work up done and he was so pleased he didnt' know what to do. The numbers were fantastic. So now I am happy with the way I am because he says i'm healthy and that is all that matters. I will still be working out with my videos, walking everymorning and hitting the gym 3 hours a week. I may not like what I see in the mirror but i like that i'm healthy.
If you can't change your circumstances, change the way you look at them.
