I had a scale like yours once emoticon - went and got another one- emoticon did no good. emoticon You have to remember your success is not on your scale but how well you feel and if you are doing all that you can WHEN you can that is the trick . I have weighed the same for 7 years. I spent 7 months out of the gym and working out due to an injury lost weight go figure. I went to the gym gained weight yup emoticon it happens. I went to the doctors had my blood work up done and he was so pleased he didnt' know what to do. The numbers were fantastic. So now I am happy with the way I am because he says i'm healthy and that is all that matters. I will still be working out with my videos, walking everymorning and hitting the gym 3 hours a week. I may not like what I see in the mirror but i like that i'm healthy. emoticon

I've worked out consistently the last three weeks and I've actually gained three pounds BUT I do notice a difference in the way I am feeling and the way my workout clothes are fitting. I had to teach myself awhile ago to try not to let the scale consume me. Don't let it consume you. Keep pushing and you'll get there:)

I am right there with you regarding no pounds lost. But I have lost inches in all areas and toning what is there. I have not lost a single pound since September, but the inches lost and toning that has gone on has made my clothes fit a ton better! I don't care what number is on the scale! Why should? I love the way my clothes fit, how I look and how I feel. I mean physically how I feel. I'm no longer a slug falling asleep if I sit longer than 10 minutes. I don't have to go to bed at 7 pm. I can get up at 5 am to workout and still stay up till a decent time. That makes all the difference in the world to me. So stop focusing on one simple number. Look at the big picture. I you are doing the same videos and cardio as I am, you have to be building muscle. You have to be toning and gaining energy/health. An important part of healthy living is your focus. Regroup and don't give up!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Two steps forward--one step back. We were away all weekend so I had a hard time but I was able to make some good choices and got some exercise. It is all about balance

Don't give up. I am also with you, it take some planning. One day at the time. I have only lost 4 pounds in three weeks. We are all with you.

Resamarie,
I feel for you, but don't give up! Keep working at it. I have been going through the same thing myself, it seems like every other day with work and kids. But we have to work to stay healthy ourselves or we are not much use to anyone. emoticon

I'm right there with you! I focus as hard as I can on staying in good calorie range, eating healthier snacks and less junk food, drinking nothing but water ALL THE TIME and I've still only lost virtually nothing (at least that's what it feels like) when I check the scale.

I know how you're feeling and I know it's hard but stay strong and keep pushing! The most important part is to stay focused and keep the end goal in mind. That's whats helping me the most.

YOU CAN DO IT!

Oh boy the past few days have gotten to me. I lose weight so slowly that as soon as the scale goes up for whatever reason I get all worked up and lazy. There is so much stress I am caving on my plan. I am no longer sick but I just feel terrible. I hope tomorrow is a better day.
