Just finished my last workouts of week 2..yay! The last few days have been rough because this is my first week back to classes, but I'm holding up okay. Like I said before, just finished up the last of my workouts including a second bonus video for the week. I picked to try out the Qi Gong video to improve on my posture/balance and hopefully center myself for next week. After the ab workout I did, it was extremely relaxing. I definitely recommend it, especially if you have problems with balance like I do. As far as the overall health change goes, my family is keeping up with eating healthy and we haven't gone off tract. Grocery shopping was a little tough, passing up the sweets aisles, but we've found good alternatives. As of my weigh-in this morning, I am down 9 pounds since beginning this challenge and feel soooo much better! Good luck everyone on your journey and can't wait to start next week!
