I did the 15 minute Qi Gong video. I really enjoyed it! I'm going to do the 10 mins pilates for my other bonus video. I'm not going to lie, this is hard to keep this commitment, but I really want to stick with it for the whole 4 weeks!

I love the Bollywood videos, the Bollywood Booty and Bollywood Belly are my favs.

My extra video was the 20 minute seated resistance band workout. Thanks Nicole for having the seated workouts for those of us who need them. I have imbalance and dizziness/nausea issues due to a brain stem stroke and use a walker so am limited in the choices of exercises I can do. emoticon

I too am glad no one videos me. I did Bollywood dancing. In my mind I looked as graceful as they did, but I danced like no one was watching. Thank goodness football was on so my husband wasn't watching!

I chose the 20-minute yoga/pilates video by Kathy Smith. I've been doing the Couch to 5k program as my cardio workouts, and it was a great way to stretch out after an interval walk/run. Loving having a program to follow. It's definitely helping me stay focused on my fitness goals. Thank you, SparkPeople!

I received a work out program for my Wii, so I've been doing extra workouts using those routines. I've rediscovered muscles that I forgot were even part of my body! Feeling good!

My bonus video today was Coach Nicole's Day 5 Boot Camp Workout. Of course, I did the required 9 minute Lower Body Sculpt. My lower body is screaming. But it is good screaming.
