I did the 14 minute basic yoga video for my extra this week. Normally I don't think this one would have been a big challenge for me, but I had a hard time with consistency in my exercise routine this week. Thanks to a toddler with a cold, no one in this house has slept though the night in about 10 days. I am proud to say that I did a very good job with my meal plan and tracking my food intake and I did all 7 regularly scheduled videos.
