Cuties are small tangerines for the person who asked!

I'm just starting week 2 and I'm contemplating what extra video to do...I love kick boxing, but I do that as part of my weekly cardio and I've been sore lately. Do you think Yoga would count even though it's not very strenuous?

I woke up this morning with a tweaked neck so knew I really shouldn't do much of a work out til I have at least a little bit more movement, but I really wanted to do my bonus video, especially since I had really wanted to do one yesterday and was just never able to get it done. So to help relax myself I did the 15 minute Qi Gong it was great and something that I needed. Now on to week 3! emoticon

I've done an extra video at least 3x this week. I just did what ever was highlighted on the video for the day. One day it was a combination of cardio and strength and i really enjoyed that one for a change and it was a 20 minute workout added on to my other stuff it bumped me up on time for the day.

This was a good week for me. I've made great strides cutting out the sugar. Went to a dessert night with friends today and brought 'cuties', and dove dark chocolates to have with a tawny port. I actually stayed in my calorie max.

I wasn't completely sure what bonus video I wanted to do this week. Finally I found which one I wanted to do. I did the 7 minute belly blast work out with dumbbells from a Bootcamp series. I really like all those exercises and might start doing it as a substitute for cardio on the non-cardio days during the week. It wasn't difficult and I can definitely feel the effects of it when I'm done.

Working as hard as I can with the challenge since this is my first one and really enjoying it. Good luck to everyone else!
