I've done an extra video at least 3x this week. I just did what ever was highlighted on the video for the day. One day it was a combination of cardio and strength and i really enjoyed that one for a change and it was a 20 minute workout added on to my other stuff it bumped me up on time for the day.
This was a good week for me. I've made great strides cutting out the sugar. Went to a dessert night with friends today and brought 'cuties', and dove dark chocolates to have with a tawny port. I actually stayed in my calorie max.
