On Friday, I did the 10-Minute Pilates Thigh Video. The other video I"m going to do (not sure which day I will do it) 18 minute boot camp cardio sculpt video. Very much enjoying this challenge! Thanks again Sparkpeople.

I chose Video: 20-Minute Fat Blaster from Violet Zaki's ''Weight Loss: Cardio Sculpt'' DVD. It is a great video and I had fun doing it. The exercises at the end kicked my butt though.
