Finished week two. I waited until yesterday and today to do the extra videos. And I ran a 5K this morning. Not good planning on my part. I did the 5 min beginners abs on ball. I have a ball that I don't use. My husband has taken it over. At least it is getting used. I would like to see the beginning of my abs someday. The other extra video was the 9 min seated arm and shoulder workout. I have very little arm strenght and would like to fix that. These short videos are easy to fit into my shedule. I don't know why I waited till the end of the week to do the extra videos. I may try adding a second video a couple of times a week. I felt pretty good after doing two on the same day. Bring on week three!
