Sunday wasn't a good day for me. We were on the go all day yesterday, but every function we were seated! Total steps yesterday.....3266......mother nature stepped in to lend her hand, which sent me to straight to bed. I ate well and stayed within my calorie range, but I admit, I was bummed to not have done any type of work out. It felt good being on a 14 day streak with exercising.

Today's goal: yesterday and today's 10 minute videos and hopefully 20 minutes of cardio. I'll make it through it, some how, some way. No excuses.

Don't give up. Find a way to exercise during/between all the activities throughout your busy day. For example, take the stairs, add steps to everything you do, fit in a few stretches, crunches, push ups throughout the day. I am sometimes amazed how easy it is to add a few exercises here and there. It adds up, it relieves the stress of the moment and makes me feel that the day is not a total loss.

I think we have to just move forward when we have a bad day. I am really having trouble doing the exercise (other than walking) with the arthritis. I am accepting the fact that I may be able to do more when the weight is off. In the meantime, I'm just doing the best that I can with what I have.

I have been running non-stop since 5:15 this morning. Had to go to work at an early time today. Picked up the boys right after work and hit the ground running errands and then off to a Cub Scout event. Just got home about 15 minutes ago. No time to exercise today. So bummed about that. Oh well. Will try to double up tomorrow if I have time. Will be back to another scouting event in the early morning to late afternoon and then a birthday party. Will try to squeeze in an exercise session after the party. Sunday will be a lot better.
