Sunday wasn't a good day for me. We were on the go all day yesterday, but every function we were seated! Total steps yesterday.....3266......mother nature stepped in to lend her hand, which sent me to straight to bed. I ate well and stayed within my calorie range, but I admit, I was bummed to not have done any type of work out. It felt good being on a 14 day streak with exercising.
Today's goal: yesterday and today's 10 minute videos and hopefully 20 minutes of cardio. I'll make it through it, some how, some way. No excuses.
