Today was my first day too. I also have bad knees and I did the 10 minute jump start cardio. It was a little hard on my knees but I finished it!!! emoticon

With GOD all things are possible!

today finally started my video exercises. i did the 1st day 10 minute kickboxing video. it was a little hard with my bad knee but i got through it . and i'm determined to keep going.
