Sorry to hear you have to have to have surgeries. I am on a surgery "leave" right now. I may not be able to do the exercises, but I can still eat right and earn the spark points. You can do the same. SP is a great place to be and very encouraging!! I will keep you in my prayers!!

This week I added to my challenge by doing every toning video two times and today I am adding the 6-Minute Butt Blasting Workout video to my routine.
Sadly, after this week I have to take a two week break (as I am having surgery on Monday), possibly longer (as I am due to have a second surgery on the 4th of February if the first one works). I am glad to have joined none-the-less, because I am using this motivation and momentum to help me eat right and do whatever exercise I can to get through the coming weeks. Oh and don't worry, I will pick the challenge right back up as soon as I can!
