Today I got up early and went to do my workout. I got home late from work and didn't have time to do my workout last night, so I doubled up today. I did Day 6, Day 7, the 11 Minute Seated Cardio Workout and for a bonus video, did the 12 Minute Low Impact Cardio.
I have decided that I need to get up early in order to do my workouts. Doing them after work is too problematic, since I sometimes don't know when I will get home. First thing in the morning will be better for me in the long run.
