I agree, this challenge has finally got me back on track with my working out! I am so happy I read that e-mail and joined the group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Words can not describe how great it feels to be moving again and eating healthier! Haven't tried that work out, but would be interested in learning more. Where would I find it? Thanks!

I've done that one - it's a good one! (And I'm finding that the only way I stay motivated is by being in this challenge. I'll probably repeat it when I'm done!)
