I had blood tests on Monday and was told not to exercise for 24 hours since one of the drugs I am on thins the blood a little. I am noticing more bruising, come to think of it. On Tuesday, I did days 4's & 5's exercise videos as well as the 12 minute low impact cardio video.

I tried to do the Bollywood one, but unfortunately for me, they went too fast and I couldn't keep up. That is something to build up to.

Today is Day 6 and I am looking forward to doing the videos tonight!
