Hello challengers!

On Monday, I had the opportunity to hit the gym and grab a treadmill. I walked for 50 minutes with an incline of "2" at 3.5. My shoulder is feeling much better; I'm tempted to take on a little bit of weights this week. We'll see! Also, I think I'll include Wii in the program to create diversify my workout sessions.
