I'm off work on Sundays and Mondays, so no I don't take off that day. I usually take off on Thursdays as that is grocery day, and I find I don't have much spare time on that day unless I get up extra early but then I usually have to take a nap before work (I work 3rd shift). This week though I've been sick and didn't work out on Friday or Saturday. I felt great when I woke up today, so I got caught up on my daily videos and got in a bonus video and 30 minutes of cardio.
I think generally a day of rest depends on your individual schedule.
As far as dessert, I make SF jello and SF pudding a couple of times a week and put them directly into 1/2 cup glad containers. Top with a tbsp of whipped topping, and it is a nice treat after dinner or even after lunch. There is a new blog with great snack ideas that I am going to check out when I go to the store next. One of them is dark chocolate squares, YUMMM, and less than 100 calories per square.
