Sunday is a more relaxed day for me unless I know that another day in the week will be hectic. Some Wednesday's are Thursday's are the busiest days of the week for our household....ballet & tap class, swim class, choir rehearsals, homework, Bible study....if I am unable to get a fair amount of exercise in on those days, then I bump up my work out on the weekends.

No, Saturday and Sunday are the only days that I have the time to get in over an hour of workout time. I usually get in an hour and 15 minutes on one of those days (but not both). I find I'm too tired to exercise on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so those are usually my off days for cardio.
I don't do work on Sundays, though. Being a teacher, there is always schoolwork on the weekends, but I get it all done on Saturday. I believe the Lord's day of rest is important.

I'm off work on Sundays and Mondays, so no I don't take off that day. I usually take off on Thursdays as that is grocery day, and I find I don't have much spare time on that day unless I get up extra early but then I usually have to take a nap before work (I work 3rd shift). This week though I've been sick and didn't work out on Friday or Saturday. I felt great when I woke up today, so I got caught up on my daily videos and got in a bonus video and 30 minutes of cardio.
I think generally a day of rest depends on your individual schedule.
As far as dessert, I make SF jello and SF pudding a couple of times a week and put them directly into 1/2 cup glad containers. Top with a tbsp of whipped topping, and it is a nice treat after dinner or even after lunch. There is a new blog with great snack ideas that I am going to check out when I go to the store next. One of them is dark chocolate squares, YUMMM, and less than 100 calories per square.
Depends how I feel...this weekend being sick I haven't worked out since Thursday but when I'm feeling good and on a roll I usually squeeze in a workout whenever I can! I think everyone is different though and we need to do what works for us as individuals, whatever it takes to make this stick! :)

I don't like to take off on sundays but unfortunately I hit that time where I am too busy to do 10 min exercise. I have a bad thing that if I miss a day I sure miss more then 3 days. I try to avoid more work as much as possible on weekends except work
Sometimes I don't exercise while other times I go for an evening walk. On Sunday I have a little dessert. I just cannot be perfect every single day. That's me! I made some small cookies and have the control to only eat 2-3 rather than 3-5! It's important not to binge and it helps me to have some fun foods once i a while.
